Why this site exists
I want the process of selling a home to be clearer, less repetitive, and less costly to deliver while preserving the full service and professional judgment sellers need. That is the business I am working to build. Its company name is still in development.
For now, this site shares practical education and explains the project. There is no service intake here, and I am not currently offering brokerage services. The software work has used fictional transaction rehearsals; it has not established live customer results.
Use the guides to prepare questions for a qualified professional. They are general information, not advice about your own transaction.
Privacy, in plain language
The hypothetical fee calculator runs in your browser. Its price and rate entries stay on that page; this site does not send them to a server. There are no uploads, lead forms, analytics, third-party embeds, or tracking scripts in this build.
This site is hosted using OpenAI Sites. The hosting service may process ordinary request data, such as an IP address and requested URL, to deliver and secure the site. The delivery network may also set security cookies to manage automated traffic. See the hosting provider’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s security-cookie explanation.
