A service in development

Full service. Less friction.

The ambition is a complete home-selling service that costs less to deliver and asks less of the seller, without losing the judgment and care that matter in a transaction.

The design aims

Make the work easier to follow.

These principles guide the business and software being developed. They are aims to test, not promises of a service available today.

  1. 01

    Collect facts once.

Ask for a document or decision only when it is needed, then reuse verified facts with their source attached.

  2. 02

Handle ordinary work behind the scenes.

Use software to organize, check, and follow up on routine tasks so the seller is not left coordinating everyone.

  3. 03

    Keep choices visible.

Price, terms, access, concessions, and other important decisions belong to the client, with professional advice and authority where required.

  4. 04

    Make exceptions clear.

Missing information and changing plans should be surfaced early, with a path to resolve them instead of a false sense of completion.

Where the project stands

A design gets its credibility from real work, not a polished demo.

The software exercises to date use fictional transactions.

What still needs proof

Fictional transaction rehearsals can expose workflow failures. They cannot establish that the service performs well in real completed sales or that its full cost is lower.

Before service opens, the operating model needs permissioned testing against real completed transactions, measured delivery and seller effort, full-cost evidence, professional supervision, and the licensing and business arrangements required to serve clients. Those steps are still ahead.
